Must-Have Skills: list in order of priority -

  • Experience on .Net 2.0, 3.0, 3.5
  • Experience in ASP.Net, C#, XML, XSL, SQL Server, Oracle 9i/10g
  • Experience using web services, WCF, WWF
  • Experience of working closely with other business units like Customer Support, Quality Assurance
  • Experience with design patterns
  • RUP, Agile (SCRUM), MSF or waterfall development experience

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Should have understanding of SOA.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft servers such as SharePoint, BizTalk
